Pairing GibbsCAM virtual programming with our CNC machines we can also offer solid surfacing for cutting the most intricate tool designs. The advantage to this method of creating complex surface molds and tools is that there is no interpretation of surface profiles from two-dimensional drawings. Likewise, the tool is correct the first time without the common design discussions to clarify missing surface specifications from 2-D engineering prints.

Our skilled CAD/CAM operators and programmers can easily take your two dimensional drawing or sketch in almost any CAD format, paper drawing, or scanned file and produce extremely accurate 3-D complex surface models ready for CNC programming for manufacturing of the appropriate tools, dies, jigs and fixtures made to your exact specifications.

This direct to machining center programming yields a considerable decrease in tooling time, while the complexity of the surface remains irrelevant to our ability to produce superior quality tools as compared with conventional moldmaking methods.

This unique software is simple, but very flexible and effective in translating, creating, and modifying 3-D solid and surface models for toolmaking.
